Annwn is a professional network inspired and predominantly lead by volunteers who operate on on our three corner stones:

1) Governance, and strategic leadership. We are committed to providing services to communities who are in need of greater equity. Our founder, and leadership team are passionate about human rights, and as such may lean in to specific projects and key areas locally and globally to better serve our greater community.

2) Coaches and Consultants. Our network consists of seasoned professionals who are here to support, grow, and connect people. They mentor new members, provide peer support, and connect individuals looking for employment or professional resources.

3) Pivot Consultant. Learning and growing is a two way street. We believe the people we coach and mentor, provide us with rich experiences that we in turn grow from. This is why this role is called "pivot" to reflect the change and potential each individual possesses from the moment we connect.

Our Story
Founded on the beautiful coastal region of British Columbia, Canada, Annwn (Native Welsh, pronounced *Ah-noon*) started as a dream for free resources and access to professional "up-skill" and "re-skilling" for job seekers, and leaders. We want to give people the opportunity while they search for work to be coached and have a professional network to support them; and to have coaches and offer mentorship to help grow people who are facing barriers to getting to the next level of their career. Together we have forged a new standard for HR excellence with a multi-lingual support team who is passionate about building people up from all walks of life.

We provide mentorship, coaching, and support for individuals- but we also provide learning and development for organizations seeking the next step in progressive leadership.
